That video went viral and since then, the greatest musicians all over the world have wanted to know more. "Who is this unknown colleague? Who is Vittorio Camardese?" Vittorio Camardese anticipates the techniques and attitudes of international jazz and rock. How did he end up in the 50s winning a TV in a show thanks to the applause meter? He played with the greats musicians when Rome was the capital of jazz, so why did he never record a single note? How come in the 80s Renzo Arbore made him play in a studio full of sailors? Why did Chet Baker live in his house for more than a year? And then why did he keep himself in the shadow of oblivion when he could claim a place in the History of Music? The film collects the testimonies of those who knew him, those who played with him, those who shared a piece of his story - like Renzo Arbore, Irio De Paula, Gianni Bisiach, Piero Angelo, among others - and tells the story of Vittorio through a rich private archive - of photos and videos - combined with illustrations by Elisa Lipizzi e Gianluca Maruotti.
