Sinossi
A documentary that can be used as didactic video during intercultural training activities with migrants and social workers. "Feeling Italian. Citizens in a Multicultural Society" narrates the stories and experiences of four people with migrant background living in Italy. It is composed of six modules and can be viewed in its entirety or by modules, in order to stimulate a discussion on the following issues: stereotypes and discrimination, multicultural identity, dreams and aspirations, the difficulties or challenges to professional and social inclusion of people with migrant background, intercultural competencies to be developed, diversity and inclusion management skills. Together with the video producers have developed accompanying TC notes for trainers who want to use it as a didactic tool for intercultural training.
